4. Domain Name Services
Domain registration is subject to availability and the rules of the relevant domain registry (e.g., ICANN or country-code registries). GoMommy.ae acts as a reseller or intermediary and does not guarantee domain availability or continued registration. You are responsible for ensuring that your chosen domain does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, and use the Services only for lawful purposes. Content hosted using our Services must comply with applicable UAE laws and international regulations.

6. Payments, Pricing, and Billing
All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise stated. Pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are displayed at checkout or within your account dashboard.

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment

The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency

Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension or termination.
