7. Billing Declaration
By subscribing to any GoMommy.ae service, the customer acknowledges and agrees that billing is conducted on an automatic recurring basis according to the selected subscription plan and billing interval (monthly, quarterly, or annually, as applicable).

The customer authorizes GoMommy.ae to automatically charge the payment method on file for all recurring subscription fees, taxes, and applicable charges at the beginning of each billing cycle, unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Recurring charges will continue for the duration of the active subscription. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that valid payment information is maintained at all times to avoid service interruption.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

Gomommy.ae is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links. If you provide any information to such third parties different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. 9. Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

10. Refund Policy
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

11. Cancellation Policy
11a. Customers may cancel their subscription services at any time through their GoMommy.ae account dashboard or by submitting a written cancellation request to [email protected].

11b. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the start of the next monthly billing period. Any cancellation received after this cut-off time will take effect in the following billing cycle.

11c. Domain name registrations, renewals, and SSL certificates are non-cancellable and non-refundable once processed, due to third-party registry and certificate authority policies.

11d. Where a refund is applicable, refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment used at checkout. Please allow 10 to 45 days for the refund to be completed, depending on the issuing bank or payment provider.

12. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed or stored in countries outside your country of residence due to the global nature of hosting infrastructure and service providers. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data.
